Abstract
Glavni cilj ovog diplomskog rada je opis stanja starijih osoba nakon ozljede ili bolesti. Dokazivanje korisnosti i uspješnosti u primjeni kineziterapijiskih vježbi i vježbi snage za starije osobe te osposobljavanje njihovog lokomotornog sustava. Opis provođenja kineziterapijskih vježbi u ležanju, sijedu te uspravnom položaju pasivnim, potpomognutim aktivnim te aktivnim pokretom s opterećenjem. Prijelaz sa kineziterapijskih vježbi na vježbe snage. Analiza stanja nakon kineziterapijskih programa i provođenja vježbi.
Abstract (english)
The main goal of this diploma thesis is a description of a condition of senior population after they suffered injuries or disease. Proving of usefulness and efficacy of application of a kinesio therapeutic exercises and strength training for senior population for recovering and empowering of their locomotor system. Description of implementation kinesio therapeutic exercises in lying, sitting and upright positions implement passive motion, active supported motion and and weighted active motion. The transition from kinesio therapeutic exercises to the strength exercises. Condition analysis after kinesio therapeutic program and conducting exercises.
