Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je objasniti prednosti primjene vježbi plesa u prevenciji ozljeda te opisati i predložiti primjer preventivnog programa koji se sastoji od plesnih struktura. U pozadini ozljeda sportaša često su nedovoljno razvijene određene motoričke sposobnosti poput koordinacije i ravnoteže koje rezultiraju slabom stabilnošću trupa. Kao vježbe prevencije rijetko se koriste vježbe plesa, a mogu biti vrlo korisne u razvoju određenih sposobnosti i usklađenosti cijeloga tijela.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is to explain the advantages of applying dance routines for the prevention of injuries and to give an example of a preventive training programme consisting of dance structures. Sports injuries are often caused by insufficiently developed motor skills such as coordination and balance which cause poor core stability. Dance exercises are rarely used as preventive exercises, even though they can be very useful in developing certain abilities and whole body coordination.
