Abstract

Uspješnost i profesionalno izvršavanje službenih zadaća policijskih službenika interventne jedinice policije (IJP) određen je razinom različitog broja antropoloških karakteristika, motoričkih sposobnosti i borilačkih znanja. Specifičan antropološki status utječe na kompleks individualnih obilježja, koji omogućavaju visoku utilitarnost policijskih službenika interventne policije u različitim situacijama. Opća i specijalna tjelesna priprema značajno doprinosi u izvršavanju različitih policijski poslovima i ona je temelj za sve poslove koje izvršava pripadnik interventne jedinice policije (Zapovjedništvo interventne policije, Privremeni plan i program obuke MUP, PU zagrebačka, ZG 2002.). Svaki pojedinačni trening potrebno je usmjeriti na kompleksan sadržaj koji za cilj ima transformaciju gotovo svih sposobnosti policijskog službenika. Visoka razina automatizacije borbenih znanja (elementi samoobrane) i širok spektar motoričkih sposobnosti omogućava policijskom službeniku efikasnost tijekom uporabe sredstava prisile (tjelesne snage, sredstva za vezivanje) za svladavanje aktivnog i pasivnog otpora.

Abstract (english)

Successful and professional execution of the official duites of police officers at the intervention police unit (IPU) is determined with the level of a variety of anthropological characteristics, motor skills and knowledge in martial arts. The specific anthropological status affects the complex of individual features, which allow the high utilization of the police officers of the intervention police in different situations. General and special physical preparation contributes significanly to the execution of various police tasks and is the foundation for all tasks performed by a member of police intervention unit (Intervention police headquarters, Provisional plan and training program Ministry od Interior, Police Administration zagrebačka, ZG 2002.). Each individual training is needed to be directed on complex contet which has for a goal to tranform almost all the capabilities of a police officer. The high level of combat knowledge automation (elements of self-defense) and wide range of motor skills enable the police officer to be effective while using coercive means (physical strength, bonding means) to overcome active and passive resistance.
