Abstract | Cilj ovog diplomskog rada bio je utvrditi postoje li i koliko iznose razlike u brzini i agilnosti kod izvedbe testova s reketom i bez reketa u tenisu te kod kojih testova agilnosti su najveće razlike. Istraživanje je provedeno na uzorku od 13 ispitanika (studenti četvrte i pete godine Kineziološkog fakulteta Sveučilišta u Zagrebu) prosječne (dobi 23,92±0,95 god, visine 185,12±7,30 cm i težine 83,85±9,82 kg). Korišteni su sljedeći testovi bez reketa te su prikazani dobiveni rezultati: koraci u stranu (8,62±0,40 s), t-test (9,01±0,35 s), 93639 s okretom (8,35±0,25 s), 93639 naprijed-natrag (8,85±0,20 s), sprint 5 metara (1,48±0,06 s), sprint 10 metara (2,26±0,08 s). U istim testovima s reketom dobiveni su rezultati: koraci u stranu (8,30±0,42 s), t-test (8,75±0,39 s), 93639 s okretom (8,28±0,32 s), 93639 naprijed-natrag (8,76±0,37 s), sprint 5 metara (1,46±0,07 s), sprint 10 metara (2,25±0,10 s). Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da u svim testovima s reketom studenti postižu bolje rezultate u odnosu na testove bez reketa. Najveće razlike prisutne su u testovima koraci u stranu (0,32 s) i T – test (0,26 s) te su iste statistički značajne, dok u ostalim testovima dobivene razlike nisu statistički značajne. |
Abstract (english) | The aim of this thesis was to determine whether and how much there are differences in speed and agility when performing tests with racket and without rackets in tennis, where agility tests are the biggest differences. The study was proven on a sample of 13 subjects (fourth and fifth year students of the Faculty of Kinesiology, University of Zagreb) average (age 23.92±0.95 years, height 185.12±7.30 cm and weight 83.85±9.82 kg). The following tests without rackets were used and presented as obtained results: side steps (8.62±0.40 s), t-test (9.01±0.35 s), 93639 with a turn (8.35±0,25 s), 93639 back and forth (8.85±0.20 s), sprint 5 meters (1.48±0.06 s), sprint 10 meters (2.26±0.08 s). In the same tests with the racket the results were obtained: side steps (8.30±0.42 s), t-test (8.75±0.39 s), 93639 with a turn (8.28±0.32 s), 93639 back and forth (8.76±0.37 s), sprint 5 meters (1.46±0.07 s), sprint 10 meters (2.25±0.10 s). The results of the research show that in all tests with the racket, students achieved better results compared to the tests without the racket. The largest differences are present in the side step tests (0.32 s) and the T - test (0.26 s) are of the same statistical significance, while in the other tests the differences obtained are not of statistical significance. |
