Abstract

Hrvanje je vrlo složena i zahtjevna sportska aktivnost visokog intenziteta u kojoj se kretanja izvode u varijabilnim uvjetima simetrično oko svih osi i ravnina, te u svim pravcima. Međutim dosadašnja hrvačka trenažna praksa je takva da se učenje i usavršavanje hrvačkih tehnika u većini slučajeva provodi jednostrano (asimetrično), za što danas postoje kritike od strane dijela hrvačkih eksperata. Osnovni cilj ovog istraživanja je vrednovati efekte simetričnog i asimetričnog učenja i usavršavanja hrvačkih tehnika na uspješnost u hrvačkoj borbi. Istraživanje je provedeno na uzorku od 115 hrvača početnika, u dobi između 19 i 21 godine, podijeljenih u dvije grupe: eksperimentalnu i kontrolnu grupu. Eksperimentalna grupa je provodila trenažni program učenja i usavršavanja hrvačkih tehnika u obje strane simetrično, dok je kontrolna grupa provodila tradicionalni trenažni program učenja i usavršavanja hrvačkih tehnika samo u dominantnu stranu asimetrično. Nakon provedenog trenažnog programa koji je trajao tri mjeseca u ritmu od dva puta tjedno po 90 minuta sveukupno 48 sati, utvrđene su razlike između eksperimentalne i kontrolne grupe u području izabranih situacijskih parametara važnih za uspjeh u hrvačkoj borbi. Iz rezultata se može zaključiti da je planirani i programirani trenažni proces koji se provodio simetrično uvjetovao statistički značajno višu uspješnost u hrvačkoj borbi kod hrvača početnika. Hrvači početnici koji su provodili trenažni proces simetrično postizali su statistički značajno više rezultate u svim situacijskim varijablama korištenim u istraživanju. Temeljem dobivenih rezultata preporuča se primjena simetričnog učenja i usavršavanja hrvačkih tehnika u trenažnom procesu od početka vježbanja odnosno prvog uključenja u trenažni proces.

Abstract (english)

Wrestling is a very complicated and demanding sports activity of high intensity in which movements are performed in variable conditions symmetrically around all axes and planes, and in all directions. However, the wrestling training practice so far is such, that learning and improving the wrestling techniques in most cases is conducted on one side, which is severely criticized nowadays by trainers in practice and scientific workers. The basic aim of this research is to establish the relations between the symmetrical and asymmetrical method of learning and improving the wrestling techniques, and the success in wrestling. The research is conducted on a sample of 115 beginner wrestlers aged 19 to 21, divided in experimental and control group. The experimental group was subjected to the training program of learning and improving the wrestling techniques on both sides symmetrically, whereas the control group conducted the traditional training program of learning and improving the wrestling techniques on the dominant side only symmetrically. After the conducted program lasting for 48 hours, the differences between experimental and control group groups in the area of the selected situational parameters in a wrestling fight are determined. The research results clearly show that planned and programmed training process of symmetrically conducted training resulted in statistically higher success rate in beginners group of wrestlers. The beginner wrestlers that conducted the training program symmetrically, obtained statistically higher results in all situation variables used in this research. On the basis of this research results, the application of symmetrical learning and improving the wrestling techniques in the process of training from the beginning of practice i.e. from the first inclusion in the training process is recommended.
