Abstract

Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je vrednovanje dvomjesečnog programa rada za unaprjeđenje motoričkih znanja iz rukometa: jednostruke finte u lijevo s prolazom u desno i jednostruke finte u desno s prolazom u lijevo „presvlačenjem“, kroz usporedbu procjene eksperata o razini usvojenosti oba motorička znanja u inicijalnom i finalnom stanja provedbe programa. U programu rada sudjelovao je 16 igrača Muškog rukometnog kluba „Metalac“ iz Zagreba u dobi 9.64 ± 0.87 godina. Program se provodio u periodu 8.4.2019 – 14.6.2019. U tom razdoblju provedeno je ukupno 54 treninga od čega je na 18 treninga naglasak bio na unaprjeđenju fintiranja. Inicijalno snimanje provelo se u razdoblju 1.4.-7.4.2019., a finalno snimanje u razdoblju 10.6. – 15.6.2019. Istraživanje se sastojalo od dvije varijable za procjenu razine naučenosti rukometnih elemenata : 1. jednostruka finta ulijevo s prolazom udesno i 2. jednostruka finta udesno s prolazom ulijevo s „presvlačenjem“. Video snimke poslane su ekspertima na uvid, uz priložene liste za ocjenjivanje i detaljno opisane kriterije ocjenjivanja. Metodom ocjenjivanja eksperti su vrednovali ispitanike. Uvidom u ocjene eksperata uočena je statistički značajna razlika (p < ,05) između inicijalne i finalne razine naučenosti oba motorička znanja. Prosječna ocjena za osnovnu fintu porasla je s 2,88 na 3,52, a za fintu s
„presvlačenjem“ s 1,84 na 2,84.

Abstract (english)

The aims of this study was evaluation of two month program for improvement of motor skills: single forward feint to the left with passage to the right, and single forward feint to the right with pasage to the left by „shifting“ opponents hand; through a comparison of experts assessment of the level of adoption of both motor skills in the initial and final states of athletes. In this study participated 16 players of Men handball club „Metalac“ form Zagreb aged 9.64 ± 0.87 years. Program was being implemented in period 8.4.2019 – 14.6.2019. During that period was conducted 18 trainings for improvement of feint skills, from 52 training sessions overall. Initial video shoting was acomplished during 1.4.-7.4.2019. period, and final video shoting during 10.6. – 3.7.2019. period. Research consisted of two variables for evaluation of specific motoric skills : 1. single forward feint to the left with passage to the right and 2. single forward feint to the right with pasage to the left by „shifting“ opponents hand. Four videos were sent to the experts, with gradeing list and detailed gradeing criteria explained. Method of gradeing was used. By insight into results significant correlation is spotted (p< ,05) between initial and final state of both motor skills acquisition. Average grade of basic feint raised from 2,88 to 3,52, and from 1,84 to 2,84 for other feint.
