Abstract

Glavni cilj ovog diplomskog rada bio je utvrđivanje rizičnih faktora i mehanizma nastanka ozljede prednje ukrižene sveze kod sportaša i određivanje neuromuskularnih trenažnih programa kako bi se spriječile moguće ozljede za vrijeme treninga ili natjecanja. Koljeni zglob kao najkompleksniji zglob ljudskog tijela podložan je ozljeđivanju zbog niza unutarnjih i vanjskih faktora koje je potrebno poznavati. Abstract (english)

The main objective of this thesis was to determine the risk factors and anterior cruciate ligament injuries mechanisms in athletes and determination of neuromuscular preventive training programs in order to prevent possible injuries during training or matches. The knee joint, as the most complex joint of the human body, is subject to injury due to a series of internal and external factors that are important to know. A detailed medical examination and regular implementation of prevention measures can identify and eliminate all risk factors for the occurrence of anterior cruciate ligament injury.
