U ovom diplomskom radu osvrnuti će se na ozljedu lateralnog uganuća gležnja u košarci, specifična opterećenja i mehanizme nastanka ozljede. Prezentirati će se učestalost pojavljivanja ozljede lateralnog uganuća gležnja. Na temelju proučavanja već postojećih metoda funkcionalne rehabilitacije ozljede lateralnog uganuća gležnja, preporučiti će se metoda koja je do sada pokazala najbolje rezultate u procesu rehabilitacije. This thesis will look at the injury of lateral ankle sprain in basketball, specific loads and mechanisms of injury. It will represent determine the incidence of lateral ankle sprain injury. Based on the study of already existing methods of functional rehabilitation of lateral ankle sprain injury, recommend the method that has so far shown the best results in the rehabilitation process and explain why certain methods are applied given the degree of ankle injury.
