Abstract

Svi želimo da prve godine djetetova uključivanja u sport budu što primjerenije i bliže njegovom
stupnju razvoja. Za početak sportskog razvoja koji uključuje ritmičku gimnastiku potrebno je
odabrati elemente i metodske postupke primjerene dobi i uzrastu djeteta, za što je potrebna
kreativnost i motivacija. Premda je ritmička gimnastika isključivo ženski sport, u svom radu ću se
osvrnuti i na početak razvoja ritmičke gimnastike kod muške populacije.

Abstract (english)

We all want for those first years of children’s involvement in sports to be as closer to its level of
development as possible. To start with the athletic development that includes rhythmic
gymnastics it is necessary to select elements and methodical procedures that are appropriate for
children’s age. This elements and procedures require creativity and motivation. Although
rhythmic gymnastics is a women-only sport, through this thesis I will also look back on the

The aim of this thesis is to describe the technique of rhythmic gymnastics elements appropriate
for kindergarten age, which are the basis for the inclusion of children in rhythmic gymnastics as a
