Abstract

Ovaj diplomski rad obrađuje problematiku razvoja,odnosno održavanja motoričkih i funkcionalnih sposobnosti primjenom elemenata škole rukometa. Starenjem čovjekove motoričke sposobnosti počinju znatno opadati, što ima negativan utjecaj na kvalitetu života. Cilj ovog rada je osmisliti gerontokineziološki program primjenom elemenata škole rukometa, čiji je cilj razvoj i jačanje motoričkih sposobnosti kod starijih osoba. Rukometni vratari spadaju među sportaše koji posjeduju izrazito razvijene motoričke sposobnosti, kao i sposobnosti prostorno-vremenske koordinacije, ravnoteže te brzine reakcije. Koristeći ove vježbe starije osobe bi trebale ojačati i razviti upravo ta područja.

Abstract (english)

This thesis examines the problematic of the development and maintenance of motoric and functional abilities using the elements of handball school. Through aging man’s motoric abilities begin to decrease significantly, which has a negative impact on the quality of life. The main goal of this thesis is to design a gerontokinesiological program by applying the elements of handball school, the aim of which is to develop and strengthen motoric skills in older people. Handball goalies are among those athletes who have a highly developed motoric skills, as well as abilities of spatio-temporal coordination, balance and reaction time. Using the exercises the elderly should strengthen and develop exactly those areas.
