Abstract

Glavni cilj ovog rada jest istražiti razvoj motoričkih sposobnosti boksača seniora te provesti kineziološku i antropološku analizu boksa. Ovaj rad će ukazati na važnost motoričkih sposobnosti, opću metodiku razvoja te specifične vježbe. Često se u praski zapostavlja važnost određenih motoričkih sposobnosti, a zaključak je kako kondicijski trener mora konstruirati siguran i kvalitetan plan i program za uspješnu progresiju koji obuhvaća razvoj svih motoričkih sposobnosti. Rezultat će pokazati kako svaka od motoričkih sposobnosti čini jedan dio cjeline bez koje ne bi mogao nastati vrhunski boksač.

Abstract (english)

The main goal of this study is to examine the development of motor skills of senior boxers and to conduct kinesiological and anthropological analysis of box. This study will point out the importance of motor skills, general methodology of development and of specific exercises. The importance of motor skills is often neglected in practice and the conclusion is that fitness coaches should come up with a safe and quality plan and program for successful progression which includes development of all motor skills. The result will show that each of these motor skills makes one part of a whole without which a top boxer could not be formed.
