Sažetak | Progresivnim kontinuiranim testom opterećenja na pokretnom sagu analiziran je 81 rukometaš
hrvatske rukometne reprezentacije ( Dob: 25,05 ± 5,07 god; Vis: 189,48 ± 7,20 cm; Tež: 92,55 ±
10,32 kg; vmaks: 17,23 ± 1,27 km/h; vmaks: 12,80 ± 1,06 km/h ) sa ciljem da se predlože novi
algoritmi za procjenu parametara aerobnog energetskog kapaciteta (VO2maks, RVO2maks ) temeljem
varijabli koje se mogu izmjeriti terenskim mjerenjem bez upotrebe sofisticirane opreme.
Izračunati algoritmi su ukazali da se svakodnevno dostupnim parametrima, sa većom ili manjom
greškom procjene objašnjava 54% (R=0,74; p<0,01) varijance varijable maksimalnog primitka
kisika (VO2maks) te 51% ( R=0,72; p<0,01) varijance varijable relativnog maksimalnog primitka
kisika (RVO2maks). Zatim je taj isti algoritam postavljen za svaku igračku poziciju u rukometnoj
igri, 18% (R = 0,43; p<0,01) varijance varijable RVO2maks kod krilnih napadača, 43 % ( R=0,66;
p<0,01) varijance varijable kod vanjskih napadača i 70% ( R=0,84; p<0,01) varijance varijable
RVO2maks za kružne napadače.
Predloženim algoritmima uspješno su procijenjeni parametri aerobnog energetskog kapaciteta
VO2maks i RVO2maks rukometaša, te se mogu koristiti u kontroli treniranosti istih, ali naravno s
manjom pouzdanošću procjene. |
Sažetak (engleski) | By ramp treadmill protocol test, 81 team handball player member of Croatian national handball
team has been tested ( Age: 25,05 ± 5,07 year; Height: 189,48 ± 7,20 cm; Weight: 92,55 ± 10,92
kg; vpeak: 17,23 ± 1,27 km/h; vanp: 12,80 ± 1,06 km/h ) with a goal to suggest new algorithms to
evaluate parameters of aerobic energy capacity ( VO2peak, RVO2peak ) by variables that can be
measured on the field without the usage of sophisticated equipment.
Calculated algorithms indicate that with daily available parameters, with greater or lesser error of
estimation can be explained by 54% (R = 0.74; p <0.01) variables variance of maximum oxygen
consumption (VO2peak) and 51% (R = 0, 72, p <0.01) variables relative variance of maximum
oxygen consumption (RVO2peak). Then we have that same algorithm set for each gaming position
in handball game, 18% (R = 0.43; p <0.01) of variables RVO2peak variance of wing players, 43%
(R = 0.66; p <0.01) of the variance of back players RVO2peak and 70% (R = 0.84; p <0.01)
variables variance RVO2peak for pivot players.
Estimated algorithms has been successful in estimation of aerobic capacity VO2peak and RVO2peak
of handball players, and can be used in controlling their training ability, but with lower reliability
of estimation. |
